A project rarely succeeds or fails on design or construction alone. What matters is whether someone looks after the investor's interest from start to finish. Our team has worked together on Hungarian development projects for more than a decade. We lead project management in house, and chamber-licensed partners we know personally cover every other discipline.

FAQ

Good to know before we talk.

Do you work in English?

Yes. All reporting, meetings and correspondence with you are in English. We handle Hungarian authorities, designers and contractors in Hungarian.

Can I follow the project without being in Hungary?

That is the point of an owner's representative. You get regular reports on cost, progress and risk, and we bring decisions to you with a clear recommendation.

What size of project do you take on?

Our full-scope project management fits projects of roughly €0.5–5 million investment value: restaurant and café roll-outs, boutique hotels, apartment buildings and refurbishments. If we are not the right fit, we will say so.

Is technical inspection included?

Yes. Licensed technical inspection of building, mechanical and electrical works is part of our full-scope service, so you do not need a separate inspector.

What does it cost?

Fees depend on the size and complexity of the project. We quote after the first call, based on your actual situation rather than a template.

My project is already running. Can you step in?

Yes. We are often brought into projects that have started but lack control, to restore transparency and get them back on track.
